Growing up in her mother’s bookstore, Caitlin Noel-Ulmer always knew magic was real – it was just stuck between the pages of books. Reading was always her chosen escape when things got rough, a trait that’s followed her into adulthood with stellar results. Her love for reading morphed into a love of writing at a young age that still grips her to this day.
Caitlin grew up in Northern California and moved to Memphis, Tennessee for college when she was barely eighteen. Despite the fact she knew no one and was alone on the other side of the country she credits it as one of the best decisions she’s ever made. With the support of her newfound friends and school she grew into an adult she was proud of.
Writing novels had always been a dream of hers and one day she decided now was as good as ever. Her first novel, Rose Bound Magic, was written under the pen-name Caitlin Crowe. All subsequent novels have been written under her own name, Caitlin Noel-Ulmer. Nowadays you’ll find her wandering around Memphis, coffee in hand, or hanging at her house with her dog and two cats working on her next novel. She also credits her husband with his support. Her newest novel, Spotlight Memories, came out in March of 2023. It is the beginning of a series.
